Life can be stressful and hectic. Mandarin, lavender and patchouli create a calming blend to help you slow down and lift the senses.

How to Use

• Diffuser: Add 4–8 drops to an ultrasonic or ceramic diffuser.
• Massage: Dilute a few drops in a carrier oil and massage gently into the body.
• Room spray: Add 20 drops to 100 ml of water and shake well before each use.
• Steam inhalation: Add 2–4 drops to a bowl of hot water and breathe in deeply.
• On the go: Add 1–2 drops to a tissue or cotton ball and inhale as needed.
