How to Use

• Diffuser: Add 3–5 drops while you study or work.
• Hair and scalp: Add 2–3 drops to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into the scalp.
• Massage: Dilute a few drops in a carrier oil and massage into tired muscles.
