How to Use

• Massage: Dilute a few drops in a carrier oil and massage into shoulders, back or legs.
• Diffuser: Add 2–4 drops, alone or with citrus oils, for a warm, uplifting scent.
• On the go: Add 1 drop to a tissue and inhale as needed.
