How to Use

Massage: Dilute a few drops in a carrier oil and apply with sweeping movements on legs and feet.
Diffuser: Add 4–8 drops to an ultrasonic or ceramic diffuser.
Steam inhalation: Add 2–4 drops to a bowl of hot water and breathe in deeply.
On the go: Add 1–2 drops to a tissue or cotton ball and inhale as needed.
